I've won a truckload of awards for nature photography.
Why is that relevant?
Because to me, buildings are like landscapes.
Although human-made interiors and exteriors are not natural, my basic approach to shooting them is the same as for mountains and canyons. The angle should be interesting, the composition should exude a sense of balance, and the light should be flattering. Let me shoot your home or commercial property and I'll give you images that - like great landscape photos - will make people want to look at them just for the sake of looking.

  

 

First photo: $125
Interior or exterior
Add $25 for twilight shots

Exterior shots are taken at optimal times of day
(usually sunrise, sunset or twilight)

Lights may be added to fill in shadows, balance
bright windows with dim interiors, reduce the
effects of backlighting by the sun, etc.

Double or even triple exposures may be
taken to even out very large areas (too big for
lights) with extreme differences in
brightness and darkness.

Photo will be cropped, touched up
and optimized for color, contrast, etc.


Each additional photo
at the same address: $25

Interior or exterior, taken and edited
with the same care as the first shot.

 

Formats

For each photo purchased you will receive:

1) CD with a high-resolution digital photo file
for print publications (300 dpi at a size larger
than a magazine cover), plus a low-res file
for emailing and web use.

2) A 10 inch print on quality photo paper
